This test type, checks the sender of the message in the envelope and compares it to the sender specified in the FROM: line in the header of the message. If the sender in the envelope and the FROM: line in the header do not match the test is triggered. This test should not be weighted to high as many legitimate bulk mail newsletters, email lists, notifications and email being forwarded from another email system will fail this test.
