Why is spam being whitelisted?
If you are getting whitelisted spam in your inbox, there are a few things you need to check. First, look at the message headers. Find the X-Declude-Sender line. You will see an email address and an IP address on that line. Once you have this information, do the following....

1.) Look in Declude's global.cfg file. Make sure you do not have the address, domain or IP whitelisted anywhere in the file. If you do, remove it.

2.) If you have an external whitelistflile that you use with Declude, check the same things as above and remove it.

3.) Check the recipient's  Imail or Smartermail address book and Smartermail's Trusted Sender's list  and make sure they do not have the email address or domain in there. If they do, remove it.

4.) Check Imail's workgroupshare.mdb file for the address and/or domain. If you see it there, remove it.

5.) If you have an Imail aliases.txt file, check it for the adderss or domain. If you see it there, remove it.

If you do not find any of the above, you need to set your global.cfg loglevel to debug and send us the log along with a new spam message that comes in incorrectly whitelisted. By doing that, we can track down the reason why the spam message was whitelisted.
