Does Declude EVA block encrypted (encoded, password protected) .ZIP or .RAR files?
Yes. Since the release of the Bagle and Netsky viruses in March, 2004, it is recommended that all encrypted .ZIP and .RAR files be blocked (since AV programs cannot accurately detect viruses in encrypted .ZIP or .RAR files).

If you are running Declude EVA v1.79 or later, include the following line in your \Declude\virus.cfg file, encrypted .ZIP and .RAR files will automatically be blocked.
